Your Body Listens
Your body listens.
Your cells soak up the information, the emotion, the experiences, the intentions, the beliefs you have.
Where there is anxiety, trauma, or lingering fear, the body will respond accordingly. Holding tension and pain and adapting to it.
Your body also listens to the invitation to be at rest, to find stillness in chaos, to find resilience in the midst of challenge.
Where there are views of yourself that are inhibiting, your body receives those messages. And where you provide encouragement, nourishment, the power of belief, your body responds accordingly.
Your body is listening. What are you telling yourself? What are you doing? Who and how do you want to be?
What would you think and say if you knew your cells were listening?
